Baby Max surprised his mommy Meghan and his Daddy Mike (my brother), by making a very quick arrival into this world. He is tiny at around 5 1/2 lbs and 17 inches long, but so perfect. I love the dimple in his chin and his sandy coloured hair. I had to stop taking photos so I could snuggle him.

“Ma-aax, wake u-up”. Then one eye opens to look at his mommy, then he smiles at her.

I loved meeting with Janine, her husband Mike and Benjamin and little baby Hailey. Such cute little ones., Hailey is a sweet-as-pie 3 month old and Benjamin an active 3 year old. I can almost hear myself saying, “Please be careful around your baby sister!”

I have known Diana since we were kids. It was great to meet her adorable family a few weeks ago at Stanley Park. Rylan and Cassidy are such beautiful kids!

 

A few weeks ago, on a chilly October weekend, I met with Julie and Chris for a couple’s session. They braved the cold and kept each other cozy. They are so cute.

John is 3! He is so darn cute. It was great to see the O’Hearn family again. Big sis Emily was in town too.

 

 

 

Last month Man-Yee and Aaron were married here in Calgary. It was still lovely, if blustery fall weather. They were so easy to work with and Man-Yee is such fun in front of the camera! I love the cultural touch of a tea ceremony which honours their families.

 

Little Emma is so cute. I met her at 4 months of age and have so enjoyed seeing her every year. This year, mom Shauna and dad Greg and Emma met me in Kensington for some photos. They arrived all hand in hand. I love families.

My cousin Dave was married to Dionne a few weeks ago in Jasper. It was a perfect fall day for a wedding on the lake. It was so nice to see family that I haven’t seen for years. Thanks Dave and Dionne for having me at your wedding.

Dave and Dionne’s 3 month old twins Sarah and Ryan were the tiniest ring bearers I have ever seen. So sweet!
